IE, the 1% status and the account — yes, by power of attorney: that's the “Remote: IE + account” format at $800. A residence permit requires biometrics in person, and an LLC or a marriage needs you present.
State fees — paid separately against receipts and listed as separate lines in the quote so the total is clear up front. Everything else in the chosen service is included.

In detail
Four grounds — four prices. We pick the one that actually passes in your case, prepare the file and submit. State processing takes 30 days, 10 expedited. A residence permit requires an address registration — we arrange it for a year.
An IE is the fastest way into the Georgian tax system: registration in 1–2 business days and Small Business Status at 1% of turnover up to ₾500,000 a year. An LLC fits if you need partners, staff or larger counterparties: no minimum capital, profit untaxed until distributed.
If you're not in Georgia yet: by power of attorney we register the IE, obtain Small Business Status and open a bank account — you land to a working business. The power of attorney is notarised in your country using our template.
Georgian banks assess foreigners case by case: documents and a coherent source-of-funds story decide. We prepare the file, book the right branch and go to the bank with you and an interpreter. An account usually opens within 1–2 weeks.
Under the new rules, foreigners without permanent residency who work with Georgian residents — as IEs, company directors or employees — need a work permit. Remote workers with foreign clients usually don't. We check whether you need one and arrange it.
Georgia is one of the easiest places for foreigners to marry: no long waits, no extra certificates. We arrange the registration at the Public Service Hall, organise an on-site ceremony and, if needed, a divorce.
Needed for residence permits, banks, employers and embassies. We obtain it remotely, without your travel, and hand it over as a scan and an original in whatever way suits you.
An official appraisal is required for a property-based residence permit and for transactions. We arrange it with a licensed appraiser and obtain a report the Public Service Hall accepts.
